Competition rules & privacy

The rules

• Free to enter, no purchase necessary. There is no payment step anywhere on this site and no paid way to improve your odds.
• One entry per person across all live draws, matched by email address. Duplicate entries are removed before every draw.
• Entrants must be 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Entries close at the published time — currently 31 August 2026, 8pm UK, for both live draws. Late submissions are rejected automatically.
• Winners are selected at random using a cryptographically secure pick over the locked entry list, one draw at a time.
• Winners are contacted within 48 hours by email and phone, using the details on the entry. If a winner doesn't respond within 14 days, a new winner is drawn from the same pool.
• Prizes ship free. The prize is the bike as pictured on its competition page, crated and fully built. We never ask winners for money — no delivery fees, no release fees, no taxes collected by us.
• No cash alternative.
• Results are published. Each winner's first name, county, and prize appear on the Winners page. Full contact details are never published.

Privacy

Entry details — name, email, phone, and shipping address — are collected for exactly one purpose: running these competitions. That means contacting winners, arranging delivery, and keeping the one-entry-per-person rule enforceable.

• Details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• No marketing lists — entering a competition does not sign you up to anything.
• After the prizes are delivered and the competition fully closes, the entry list is deleted in full.
• To have your entry removed before the draw, contact us from the email address you entered with.
